HumEng will help the mill map the skills of various jobs in the mill, write SOPs targeted at our best practices, and select and coach trainers to provide on-the-job training using the SOPs. The result will be standardized operations ensured by operators that know "how" to do their job the best way and are better able to troubleshoot, because they know "why" of their actions.
