1. Use the Complete eLearning Solution with SWW Portal

This option provides unlimited access to all SWW online assessments and e-Learning content via the SWW Learning portal to all of your employees.  All you need is a PC with Internet Explorer and high-speed Internet access.  The portal enables you to identify your employees' knowledge and competency gaps and access the content that will fill those gaps

Unlike other vendors, SWW doesn’t just provide LMS technology, or aggregrate the resources of other providers to deliver a full solution. We go beyond competitors’ products by blending a hosted learning management system and superior industry specific assessments and courses.

Regular tracking reports allow managers to track employee progress.  The SWW LMS provides confidential data on learning time, assessment results, etc.

2. Choose the SWW courses that respond to your specific needs and priorities with

SWW On-Demand Learning

This option allows a mill or organization to pick and choose the online assessment and eLearning series or maintenance module(s) that respond to their present needs and priorities.  You can also determine for how many employees you need access.

The SWW learning portal ease-of-use and tracking reports remain the same as for the SWW Portal.

3. Purchase SWW Courses to run on your servers and/or personalize them for your     operations

The over 100 pulp and paper specific SWW e-Learning modules are SCORM-compliant.

The courses can be purchased by companies wishing to run them on their own LMS or servers.  SWW can also customize its generic courses to reflect your mill specificities.

4. Assess your employees' training needs

This option allows you to determine your employees' training needs before purchasing eLearning content.

The SWW has a databank of questions on each competency related to our operations and maintenance content.  Choose the competencies on which you wish to have your employee's skills assessed.  The SWW Learning portal allows to create individual assessments per competency or group many competencies into one assessment.

For each skill or competency chosen, the assessment results will tell you what your employees know as compared to what they should know.  Then, you can purchase only those eLearning courses your employees need (see option 2).  Use the assessments again after the training to determine if your employees learned.
